Everything is more fun together!

Welcome to Stockholms friendliest school holidays. Between 16/10 and 5/11 we are open every day with loads of fun things happening – so bring your mischievous brother, best friend or kindest grandmother to enjoy a full day of fun together!

Every day of the school holidays you can watch captivating theatre performances, ride the story train, play in all the exhibitions, and the restaurant offers delicious friendship-fika! In the book store you will find plenty of exciting, enchanting, spooky and wondrous books for both young and old. Feel free to borrow a book and rest your legs in the reading corner.

We can think of at least sixty-eight things that are extra fun to experience together at Junibacken. Get on The Story Train (maybe hold hands when it gets a bit scary) , build the biggest helicopter, visit Villa Villekulla and see who can eat the most meatballs…. and that was only five different things. You can see how much fun this would be, so bring the entire family to us for a full day, it will be enchantingly fun!

Ghostly cozy at Junibacken

If you visit between 27/10-5/11 be prepared for some ghostly cozy times. We will read aloud on our outdoors stage, have frighteningly tasty fika in the restaurant, ghostly book tips in our book shop and cozy theatre for the entire family!

Anyone wearing a costume for their visit between 27/10-5/11 can expect a surprise, if you are brave enough to put your hand in our spooky sack…
