During the reading holiday Junibacken is offering autumn playtime in Sweden’s largest Moomin playground, theatre every day for the whole family and an exciting ghost hunt. All children who come in a costume will be given scarily good ice cream. Welcome to a magical autumn holiday at Junibacken!

Ice cream for all children who come wearing a costume!

Between 29 October and 6 November all children who come wearing a costume will get an ice cream, an apple or why not both? There is room for nightmarish spiders, cute monsters and fast unicorns.

Ghost hunt in the building

Can you find the ghosts that are hiding at Junibacken? To come along on the hunt, pick up your answer sheet from the bookshop cash desk. The ghost hunt is happening in the building (14/10–6/11) and the answer sheet can be handed back to the bookshop where you will receive an award. Welcome!

Skinn Skerping …

During the reading holiday there will be performances of the play Skinn Skerping. It is a horrible play for children aged five and older, based on Astrid Lindgren’s short story with the same title.

… and more theatre
