Main course

Thyme-fried lamb tenderloin with grilled merguez, beetroot, goat cheese, tarragon and blueberry gravy

or vegetarian:

Salt-baked beetroot with Beluga lentils, roasted mashed potatoes, goat cheese, beetroot gravy with blueberries and tarragon, herb salad


Dark chocolate bavaroise with variety of blood orange, almond cake, salt roasted hazelnuts

or vegan:

Variety of blood orange, salt caramel ice cream, almond crumble, roasted hazelnuts and chocolate sauce
