For the adults

Starter
Variety of artichoke served with piced chanterelles, emulsion of porcini mushrooms, watercress, silver onion and ummi vinegar 

Main course
Braised Beef Heart served with seasonal cabbage, baked leek, Madeira gravy and potato puree flavored with truffle

Vegan option:

Roasted cauliflower served with seasonal cabbage, baked leeks, mushrooms and roasted potatoes

Dessert
Vanilla panna cotta served with oat crumble, caramelized apple cream with calvados, sweet and sour apples and lemon balm

Vegan option:

Salted Caramel Ice Cream served with oat crumble, caramelized apple cream with calvados, sweet and sour apples and lemon balm
