Sauteed sirloin steak served with grilled green asparagus, lightly dried tomatoes, grilled salad, smoked potatoes and tomato and tarragon cream
Baked pointed cabbage with lentils, grilled green asparagus, lightly dried tomatoes, grilled salad, smoked potatoes and tomato and tarragon cream
Rhubarb, served with vanilla cream, strawberry meringues, oat crumble, rhubarb and strawberry jelly and lemon verbena syrup
